1.    Cancellation Timeframe:

○     You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will fully refund your payment.

○     Once your order has been shipped or processed, we are unable to accept cancellations.

2.    How to Cancel an Order:
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

2.    Provide Order Details: Include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation in your request.

3.    Cancellation Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation from our team once your cancellation request has been processed.

3.    Order Already Processed or Shipped:

○     If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy for returning the item after receiving it.

○     Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4.    Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy:

○     If there is an error with your order due to our system or any other issue from our side, we will provide a full cancellation and refund, even if it has been processed.

5.    Refund Process:

○     If your cancellation is processed within 24 hours, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

○     If the order has been shipped, the refund will be processed after the item has been returned according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
